RCSA INNOVATION Application Form

We are extremely excited that you have chosen to apply at RCSA. Thank you for considering RCSA for your child's continued educational journey.  Our mission is to ensure all students reach their maximum potential in a diverse, structured, and nurturing environment and to prepare students for a future in STEM.  River City Science Academy Innovation is a STEM-focused public charter school with four campus locations.   We welcome and are open to any students residing in Duval County, Florida, whose parents or guardians submit a timely application that can only be submitted online through our website.  The school will admit students of any race, color, national origin, religion or gender.   River City Science Academy Innovation does not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, gender, age, disability, marital status, or genetic information in its educational programs, services, or activities.

Each school campus will have an open enrollment period. 

RCSA's Open Enrollment Lottery closed on February 1st, 2025. Applications submitted after that date will be placed on the waitlist. 

 

Kindergarten applicants must be 5 years old by September 1, 2025, to be eligible for enrollment. 

 

The lottery is scheduled for February 7, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. at RCSA Intracoastal, 2002 San Pablo Rd S, Jacksonville, FL 32224. Parents will be notified via email when a student’s application number is pulled in the lottery after March 4, 2025. Parents have one week to accept the seat. Please check your spam/junk folders. Thereafter, it will be offered to another student, and the application will be moved to the bottom of the waitlist.  

The Admissions Director will provide Mandatory Online Orientation dates, at which time the enrollment packet will be distributed via email. It must be completed by the provided due date.     

Please be advised that RCSA does not allow intra-school transfers between campus locations.  You are free to apply for multiple campus locations.  However, once you accept an enrollment offer at a campus location, you cannot transfer to a different campus later.
